Spring and Summer Styles

With spring having sprung and summer soon on the way, it’s time for to dig out those shorts and sandals you’ve been missing.

Whether you’re looking for outfit ideas, wanting to add to your shopping list, or just are into fashion, this post is great for you!

I’ve put together a few spring/summer outfits that are perfect for any casual event.

WARNING:  My fashion taste can be a little girly, so I’m sorry if this isn’t for you.

This first outfit consists of:

-         Pale pink shorts from Americain Eagle

-         A vintage prelum shirt I’m totally in love with. (purchased from a thrift store)

 

 

 

This outfit is perfect for a sunny spring or summer day. Colored shorts are always fun, plus this light pink color makes your legs look even more tanned! Prelum shirts are very in right now and are very flattering and floral patterns are cute and summery! You could wear this casually, or dress it up by adding some cute shoes and accessories. Colored shorts and a prelum shirt should be staples in your spring/summer wardrobe.

For this next outfit I recycled my pink shirt and added a white chiffon shirt, braided belt, pearl breacelet, and some aviator sunglasses.

This outfit is great because with a white top you can wear any colored shorts! Plus, white will bring out your tan this summer. Aviator sunglasses are classic and this pair has a floral pattern down the arms.

 

All pieces in this outfit are practical and can be used with many other combinations. For example, you can just wear a tank top and throw a jean jacket on over top for the chillier days.

 

Who doesn’t love wearing skirts and dresses on nice hot days?! I know I sure do! For this next outfit I just wore a thick strapped white tank top with detailing on the straps, a patterned skirt and the jean jacket on top is optional, depending on the weather.
